Genital wart symptoms are normally quite obvious. Small bumps or growths appear in the genital region, including in and around the anus, vagina and penis. They can appear as individual growths or they can group together in clusters. Some of these clusters may have a cauliflower-like appearance. They range in color from whitish or grey looking to red, pink or skin color. Unless they become lacerated and bleed, genital warts are usually not painful but may be itchy and irritating.
